Not sure whether YangYang Jia's coaching channel has been previously discussed, but I came across her channel recently and it has been very helpful and insightful. I like the way she breaks down the in instruction into the key components as well as offering demonstrations by herself and others. In find myself repeatedly going back to her instruction to revisit key ideas. Her channel is located here:
