Mambo has a harder topsheet than Mark V 30 and I suspect the sponge is marginally harder.
Samba feels softer than mambo due to the topsheet.

palio gp3 is pretty soft, and the saviga 35, those and the lkt sponges are about the softest I've tried.  Even though markV30 is listed as softer, all the euro sponges have more body to me, it seems.  even mambo.

Joola Echo
Donic Gallardo Sound (softer than F3)
Tibhar Rapid Soft

are the softest rubbers I have tried, all in the sub 35deg sponge range + their topsheets are very supple- not stiff at all, so overall they feel softer than other rubbers with similar sponge hardness but stiffer topsheets.

I would have to agree with Cole and Joey.  The softest I have personally experienced  is LKT Pro XP/XT.
