stamp on hurricane III

   hello,

i received an old hurricane III. 

his number is 041216271. (from 2004?)

there is a "name" written on it but of course i can't read it... it is surely the name of the player...

i will post a link here and i hope somebody could tell me the signification of the stamp...

maybe you could post here pics of national hurricane that you have... it would be interesting to see the stamps and names on it...
