i saw the rosewood 5 & 7 today at the pingpongonline store.. same price as the eb7 & 5.. beautiful blades.. the weights are slightly less compared to their ebenholz counterparts.. by the way is rosewood the same as basswood???

I think that he ιs trying to sell it in the FS section...

I have played a little with the Rosewood NCT V. The one that I have played with is 88.5 gr, I found it softer than the Ebenholz NCT V, better feeling (for me), a little slower and more controllable. I tried it with Hurricane 3 Neo on forehand and Tenergy 64 on backhand... I can't make a proper review because I just played with it only for a few minutes...

Nope i didn't hit with it. Actually don't plan to. I'm trying to unload most of my blades. I'm getting tired of thinking about equipment / trying equipment. This purchase was a bit stupid, just a momentary EJ crysis.

RW5 and EH5 are very different blades. RW5 is softer and slower, it sounds a little bit hollow with T05 and Bryce Speed FX. There is much more Stiga feel in EH7 than in RW5. Given this, I will probably not try RW7, no matter how tasty it looks.

CC7 has great feeling. U won't realize this when u start playing but the feeling "develops" as u play more & more. It's trajectory is lower esp when I compare it to Butterfly Photino. However, the best thing abt this blade is that the ball travels straighter & faster. When blocking a ball from a CC7, u definitely feel a greater hammer effect ! Its speed will start to feel greater & greater as u play more & more with this blade. I think it's the stroke coming out :D It's got lovely gears & u can do anything u want whilst playing but I felt u have to b a good player (good playing angles with FH & BH) to b able to fully take advantage of this masterpiece. Considering it's a heavy blade, the FL legend handle is so perfectly cut & placed that it balances the weight of the blade & shifts its centre of gravity. Hence, u can even use a heavy rubber such as Andro Hexer+ & the overall blade will feel light. TOP NOTCH BLADE ! p.s. it's really good on the eyes too =D

i have seen primary set up, persson power carbon & dynamix 17. maybe compared to those blades cc7 is top notch blade.

on the eyes, i do not see really good craftmanship.

cc7 is not a cheap blade. maybe it is very good blade, but need good references to encourage people to consider it.

The worst thing about all this is that after a Paypal dispute, they agreed to replace the blade, got it more than one month ago and still did not send the replace Ebenholz.

Bad trade habits, I would say, as a nice complement to the bad Stiga quality.

At least they replaced it for you. Once they sent me wrong stuff and I'm stuck with it. I stopped buying from them and asked my club not to buy from them either as their prices are not cheap anymore (I found ones are more trustworthy now)
