Anyone? I'd really appreciate. Thanks.

I would prefer an ALL+ blade with 1.9mm rather than a OFF- to OFF blade with 1.5mm rubbers.
Yasaka Extra would be a good ALL to ALL+ blade.

I honestly wouldn't get a pre-made paddle. You can get a custom paddle for under $40 and it will be great for beginner-low intermediate.
That is
0-900 = Beginner
900-1300 = low intermediate
1300-1600 = intermediate

Cole sells the Dawei Inspirit rubbers and they are fantastic for learning your strokes. The speed I would say is moderate. The rubber can best be described as lightly tacky and depends mostly on grip to produce spin. It's also a very linear rubber, that is - what you put in is what you get out.

The Instinct (another blade Cole sells) is the blade I really learned and grooved my strokes on. It's an ALL to ALL+ blade and provides excellent control. It's pretty flexible so it was adequate on looping.

To price it all out it's $35 for the entire blade, $5 for shipping and you usually get a paddle cover along with it. If I had to recommend a learning blade for low-intermediate players I'd say Dawei Inspirit (regular not the quattro stuff) and Instinct are great.
