I guess, you're referring to Shakehand blades? I have used their top tier J-Pen blades which are top-notch in every aspect.

Depends on the model. For example, their Tcore Hinoki AI Prime S is "Korea Made". This basically means that the raw Hinoki is from Japan and the blade is assembled in Korea. I don't know how this works for their Shakehand blades though.
