That's why I put the clue in, because everyone thinks it was Satoh, thanks largely to Marty Reisman. It wasn't.

Here is another quiz question: there were only two male players in TT history to win Men singles, Men doubles and Mixed doubles at the same World Championships. Name them.

Thanks. TT history is my specialism
Jim's question-actually there's three-Barna (who managed it twice), Szabados (who was first to do it) and Ferenc Sido (1953). Back to equipment. Which piece of equipment was the subject of a major rule change in 1936-7? What happened? |

How about me placing a question that I don't have the answer to? Or, perhaps even 2?
Longest consecutive time as number 1 on the ITTF rank? Longest consecutive time spent in the top 10 of the same rank? |

I actually think that JO Waldner have spent a longer consecutive time in the top 10, seeing how he entered the list in -83 and stayed on it until -97, perhaps even longer, but I can't confirm this. Deng Yaping might be right, but I must admit, I was thinking about the male ranking, female TT don't interest me as much. |
