haven't heard of Avalox P600, and could'nt find any pictures. But my guess is that it looks just like P500 and P700. And by info that I can find, it's a 6 ply blade, which makes sense. Why isn't 6 ply blades more common thing? Is that because one core layer gives something more useful than a core made up of 2 layers?

Optimum Sync  blade (which was an awesome blade) is no longer available
Stiga stop the production of too many significant blades, the followers are very expensive.

I found an old BTY 1 Ply Hinoki with a sticker that says "Render" it had one of those Driver rubbers on it but also has the black tag at the handle so I don't know if it's premade or sold as blade

Not sure how far back you want to go but going back to the 1970's I have two bats from Yasaka that are no longer being made

Kim Jung Hoon blade by Tibhar designed by Nexy is one of the top two blades I love to play. I guess mine is a keeper now, never to be sold or traded.

I wonder whether the OP is going to update the list.
As far as I can see, back in 2014, a few months after the first post, presswurst posted a list of over 300 discontinued Butterfly blades, but the list in the first post was never updated and only counts about half of them.
