Yeah right. 

Believe it or not it does happen at clubs. Especially if the more experienced players take an interest in developing their clubs and table tennis as a whole rather than just their individual games.

Sounds like they are doing a great job setting a very positive and inclusive culture for their club and for the kids they coach.

They did a few updates to the Maryland Table Tennis Center video, which is why I reposted it in Facebook and in my blog. (For one thing, they changed my listing from MDTTC "co-owner" - which I no longer am - to "co-founder" - these days I'm just a coach, tournament director, and promoter for the club.) Wen and I have been taped in a number of such news videos, and we sort of have a tag-team method - I talk about the club's history, and she talks about the present and future and what we're trying to do. I think she has the better gig!
