Yes. Usually need 1~2 weeks to finish one order since this is totally handmade and certain treatments need certain time.

What are the differences in the Anatomical handles #27, 29, and 30? I can see that #28 is thinner.

What is the difference in feeling, of a same thickness Ayous vs. Kiri, and treated vs. untreated core ply?

Kiri Core: torsionally stiff and harder but remain light weight, less vibration. The kiri core always makes the blade direct, crispy and no feel .But the harderness , stiffness and flexibility are not balanced . (I.E Viscaria)
Special treatment kiri core : Cut the whole kiri veneer into several pieces and glued them together in different orders, sometimes vertical ,sometime horizontal. This will bring more flexibility and make the whole blade more torsional, also more fell. (vertical exampe: Viscaria old tag, horizontal example: KLH Special
Ayousi: more flexible and torsional. Easy to feel and catch the ball. As you full swing, the whole blade torsion will bring more power and spin.(I.E W968).
Spruce: it is even harder than kiri and can be used to  make a very faster blade.

I need some help before making a decision.

Can an Limba - Ayous - Ayous - Koto - blue ALC - Koto blade weigh only 77g
at 5.8mm thickness; AN handle? Or what weight would I get?
What would I have to give up for 77g?

Also, among the AN handles, which one would be thinnest?
Right hand: Stiga Allround NCT (74g) /Rasant Grip max/Talon OX red (total 135g)
Left hand, 2020-1: Stiga Allround WRB (67g)/Fastarc G-1 1.8mm/V11 > Extra max 158g

the blade is six plies including alc?  Ayous core or Kiri Core? If ayous as core, it will be about 85 grams. If Kiri Core and choose a light handle, 77-79 grams is possible
I can have the carpenter pick the thinnest one and a little sand work will help a lot and bring lots fun

Custom blade: six plies
Handle 27, 30, 29 - thinnest (lightest?).
If weight same, 27 looks best, then 30. Lens on the koto side only
Limba - Ayous - Kiri - Koto - blue ALC - Koto (light fish scale if possible)
or
Limba - Limba - Kiri - Koto - blue ALC - Koto (light fish scale if possible)
77-79 grams 5.8mm thickness. Sealed? both sides (if possible)
Head shape? Stiga if possible. $79 shipped to Illinois, USA.
What extra for shipping insurance? PM on how to proceed?

Thanks for the PM. Any suggestion on keeping the weight low,
while keeping one side hard (comparable to koto-koto) and one side soft
(comparable to limba limba), other than reducing the thickness?

A light handle( thinner , not dyed in deep color) holes in the handle area. Will bring down several grams
For example, Zjk handle is 2 grams heavier than vis

I placed the ordered as discussed privately.
If possible, I like Stiga AN blades, which means a thin anatomic handle, 23-24mm at the base (the end away from the blade). Head size: 157x150mm. I am aware that thickness may have to go down to 5.6-5.7 mm to keep the weight at 77-79g.

Left hand, 2020-1: Stiga Allround WRB (67g)/Fastarc G-1 1.8mm/V11 > Extra max 158g
