Time is changing. Now only some jpen models, Superblade Neo SH an VKM blades are still made in Japan.

Check haggisv's TSP interview.

Shame about that, one day made in China will mean something good but it's not that time yet. Don't think if be willing to pay top dollar for a brand like tsp unless it's made in Japan

TSP (even Victas) is not an expensive brand the way Butterfly and Stiga are right now...They had some interesting blades like Hinoki Pure and Hinoki Break 9/11 or the composite blades with koto outers - Black Blizzard, Barricio, Newspin, but it seems they on their way to become just another TT brand on the market, pity.
My feedback:

so now the description is added at tt11:

TSP Galleon is a classic offensive blade from our TSP Japan series. The 5-ply all-wood blade distinguishes itself by its typical Japan-made workmanship and excellent handling features. The ply structure of the Galleon is made for high-speed topspin play, with the outer Koto ply providing for extra speed when attacking. The slightly thicker core ply guarantees excellent feedback plus great feel and control in all kinds of strokes. HEADSIZE: 158x152mm

Seems to imply that it's made in Japan
