My mistake, that's one rubber, Iruiru don't carry them.. you must carry them though LOL
Iruiru is one of my barometer for popular blades and rubbers. If they don't carry them i guess is not well selling products..

I saw the names of the blades BESTY and BARRICIO in their catalog. I don't think TableTennisStore.us will keep an inventory of that. But the REFLEX 50 AWARDS blades are coming - offensive and defensive.

It would be good if they had a in English, coz the catalogue is the only guide for me, and even that's in Japanese!

I'm hoping they're bringing out some new pips soon, to replace the ones that are no longer legal (eg curl bamboo).

What was the exact name of the TSP Carbon nicefrog?

I'm not sure it even had a name as far as I can remember is was just called TSP Carbon, but while I've been looking on the net for a possible name I saw a listing on a old page for a TSP called HyperCarbon and I think it may have been that blade but I'm not sure. I bought it in Australia and perhaps from you but again that's just guessing :)

Well, im not a retailer, and i don't carry any products. So my comments are fair (or at least i would like to think that it is fair). My mate is the official distributor of TSP products in my country though, so i have tried a bit of their products.

Sadly, you are right : TSP products don't sell well. I don't really know why but products like the X's F1 is 5bucks cheaper than the Sriver and i really believe it is as good as the Sriver!

Might be marketing problems though (:

X's F1 is a good rubber especially for BH.
I think their best products are the LP lines and the Triple lines.

I was just searching for TSP Carbon Blade that nicefrog is looking for. I saw that TSP has TSP Hino Carbon Power and TSP Hino Carbon Speed. Xiom has Xiom Power and Xiom Speed in their catalog last year.. i think one of them is missing from this year's catalog though. Coincidence?

TableTennisStore.us has Hino-Carbon (Power & Speed) in stock. As you said, the XIOM has also something similar for power and one for speed.

I'm wondering whether TSP is focusing more on providing equipments to the world class players and not to the ordinary players like me or you. I have met many players in Europe and now the visiting players from Europe using their products.

Do they need to advertise when they have trusted players who use their products regularly?

I find many of the Japanese manufacturers seem to focus on their local market, and seem to put little effort into promoting outside Japan. I assume they must be doing OK and get enough business already... Butterfly is the huge exception of courseLOL

I'm also wondering is ITTF putting some restrictions on the manufactures - like pay more to sell their products in other countries.

I don't think so... I think the cases where japan's stores/manufacturers do not eagerly sell to outsiders are because of the good sales they already have, and/or the hassle of administering sale to out of the country. They maybe not big enough to care to venture out. Have poor/limited channels. Or just don't care. Cases like Darker, Kokutaku, etc.

I suspect ITTF has to be blamed for the unavailability of some products in other countries.

When the manufactures apply for approval, they have to specify where the products are sold. Only after ITTF's approval, they are supposed to sell in certain countries.

There are a good number of people (8 I can think of off the top of my head) in our TT club (hawaii) that use TSP products....namely TSP triple speed.  Since there is basically no way to get it from US sources we always wait till either someone visits Japan or someone from Japan visits us.  I recently tried the Triple speed on a friends blade and liked it so much that I am awaiting my own sheet to try on my blade (I have used nothing but hard sponged chinese rubbers in the past).  The price used to be around $ 20 a sheet but that might have gone up since the dollar went down.  I know another rather large order is being put in really soon for other club members.....one member will be buying several sheets each of spin speed and power so he can try each one.
