It seems this site has lower prices than other sources, sometimes significantly, but I was wondering about their service and quality control. Is everything they sell genuine? Please provide some feedback about this site for me and for anyone else who might want to purchase from them.

A+. Ordered Hexer, Hexer +, Dhs neo h3, and gambler outlaw. they send within 7-14 days because they are in hong kong. Everything I have received has been legit. They stay in touch through email and answer any questions you have. I referred them to my friend and he ordered outlaw and a 729 blade and received them in 10 days. He also just ordered a butterfly case and it is legit. also received in ten days.

Wow they ship glue? I thought it was considered hazardous materials so places can't air ship it? How long did it take to get to you Totoro?

It usually takes 7 days for the package to reach me here in India. I have ordered from him 3 times and never has there been any delay or mishap in any of the orders.Definitely a 5 star shop for me!

one of the best sellers i know, here to mexico normally take between 2 or 3 weeks to arrive, and yes they ship glue, excellent service

Owner is very supportive and quick to reply. Good services. However the 3 star DHS balls he sells is not genuine I think, or maybe I got a bad batch.

Did you check the logo? Does the logo look like the one on the original? Post a pic of one of the balls in close up and people here should be able to tell you if they are fake! |

He is good, once I had my shipment late because it was close to Christmas which is not a big issue. One thing I hate is his communication, if my memory serves me right he was ignoring me for no reason.. w.e there are another alternatives everywhere for me.

The balls I purchased were lighter than any other 3 star balls I played before (Stiga, Nittaku, Stag) and get deformed by only a slight pressure. This is something I did not experience with other brands. |

@Saif: - Did you check up on the logo dude? The fake ones have the logo with smaller stars and incorrectly placed text. Check it out. It really helps me in identifying an original DHS ball here in India.

Does anyone knows for sure if the DHS balls are genuine or not?
Also, is the Euro/Japanese equipment sold by ttnpp genuine or not? I'm referring to Yasaka Mark V rubbers and Donic blades. I'm asking because I bought a Butterfly blade from eacheng and it feels like junk. |

How did you communicate with the owner? I ordered few rubbers and only one email from them to tell me that those rubbers are out of stock. It has been two weeks and no more email or whatsoever. Whenever I checked the status of my order, it has been always the same as "Processing" as one day after I placed the order. Very very poor communication and I think this is my last order from them. |

i have received balls from them packed in plain envelope, no hard box, no bubbles. no good regarding rubbers, i have ordered two 729 sheets. 2.0 sheet had 2.2 sponge and 2.2 sheet had 1.9 sponge but i guess it comes with the (low) price
speed of shipment was good
