Same here. I am really worry now cuz my order which has been paid was on May 28th but I haven't got anything too. I've sent couple emails plus contacted him through skype but apparently I got no response at all. Do you guys think filing a dispute with Paypal would help? 


Noo, he is legit. I ordered from him before, and eventually (after 3 weeks) he responded and shipped and all was good.

Has anyone talked to him this week? Do you mind if we pm you our order numbers and you ask him for status? I mean if he is out of stock I understand, I just need to know what's going on..

I also ordered from him on 3rd of June and still no response from him. I have opened a ticket and updated it two times but still no response from him. Earlier, he used to ship my order within 2 days of placing order and had no problems with him. Don't know what's wrong with him nowUnhappy

The guy really needs to turn on the "stock" feature in his shopping cart software and input how many of each item he has in stock.  I've designed a site that used shopping cart software for its back end and they all have that feature.  Would save sooo much headache.

If you filed a claim with paypal, you will eventually get your money back.
It happened to me.
This ttnpp guy has good price, but his service is lousy.
I know many other people have purchased from him without problems and so are my other times with him.
However, in general, lacking communication and never responding to ticket system that his website provided is not acceptable.  I have stopped buying from this site after I got my money back from paypal's dispute. 
I hope he's reading this forum and pay attention to improving his selling service.

No beef with the guy, I'm sure he's swamped.  Honestly I'd come back if he posted here with an explanation.  I think he should hire some people to help him out, not many sites out there like it.

He speaks english, and well. At least someone in his company does. When I chat in skype with ohgnow, his english is effortless, not someone trying to put together a sentence.

Any takers? Nobody from his area that can call? If I spend $20 on the phone call, that totally defeats the purpose of my order. I would rather get my money back from paypal.

If it costs you $20 to call hong kong you need a new phone company :)? most places should be charging like 5 cents a minute or less

When I call Bulgaria it is a dollar something a minute (AT&T). 

Skype would be OK, if I had credit. But I am not gona get credit just for that. ANd they don't sell $2 of credit..

Right after he said he updated my order, I received an email saying the order had been sent along with a tracking number.  I followed the tracking number but I guess it's not in the HK Post's system yet.  I'll give it a few days to see how it goes.  I've been messaging him over and over again through Skype with no response and finally got to him through the live chat on his site.

Assiduous, I hope you have better luck with it.  BTW, this happened about 12:45am Pacific Standard Time.  Also, my order was for a sheet of LKT Red Diamond, Moon 38* Black, and two sheets of Mercury II 35* Red and Black.

If he's anything like me he wont talk until he's done the job for you. There's nothing worse when you are selling online than having people ask you about things you already know about. All it does is give you stress. Although I agree it would be easier if he had a thing that said "in stock" or "can order"

I'll tell you though, this is by far the most I've ever had to work to make sure a package was delivered.  Was it worth the $20 I saved by ordering from him?  Maybe...  Will I order from him again anytime soon?  Probably not, at least, not until I start seeing this thread fill with glowing reviews for a few weeks.

Message to ColesTT....Can you please stock Palio and more Galaxy rubber and list Moon, Sun, and Mars as separate items?!?!?!  At the prices that you sell your Galaxy rubber, I'm sure they'll be a hit.

I understand that. But still I would appreciate it VERY much if I were told 'sorry, out of stock, holding until shipment'. Holding people in limbo is never a good approach.

I too stop shopping there. Not worth the hassle.

I've never had problems with ttnpp and they've always been very responsive on IM as well.  I wonder if there's something going on internally.

You only have a problem (cause yourself a problem) if you order obscure stuff most of the time or 10 different rubbers. If you just want a sheet or 3 of a popular rubber it'll be in stock and sent straight away

I just talk to him using his live help and confirming all the items that I ordered are in stocks, I also told him that many people are complaining about waiting too long for your order. He said, it would not happen if everyone check to see if the items are in stock first. Oh well, I just placed my order. Hopefully, I will get it soon. Worst case, I will just file a complain on Paypal or my cc company to get my money back. I have nothing to lose except some time.

I can agree, but the issue is that his site doesn't reflect his current stock and it's very hard to catch him or get a reply.  Pretty sad that we have to resort to finding him on his live help first to ask if he has any stock.  Maybe he's just lazy to update his stock which is why he doesn't use the stock feature.

Well, usually the shopping cart will automatically deduct quantity of the stock whenever someone purchased something. He only need to do it once and update whenever he get the stocks. I don't know maybe he can hire a part time to do that, since the labor in HK is so cheap. $28 HKD minimum wage. He can easily make that money if few more people buy from him.

I don't know how many dispute can people file against you before someone shuts you down. I don't want him to shut down but at this point I have no way of getting my money back. They guy just does not respond. I registered a new skype account and added him to contacts. He added me too! So he is not away. But when said I want to ask him a question he never responded. I didn't write the order number, just wanted to see how he responds to a random person. He just doesn't care.

There is always a catch with these good prices : )

He ALWAYS responds when he's online, away or not(actually he seems to always be away).  I don't think I've heard differently from anybody except you.  Are you sure you're doing things right?  How much time are you giving him to respond? Usually after my first hello it takes him 5-10 minutes before he says hello back.  After the first hello, he replies fairly quickly, usually within a minute of my question though occasionally longer.

dingy, i don't think you have read much of this thread. There are many people complaining about him not responding.

A while ago i placed another order, and he was late to ship, but he did respond and made it right.

Now he won't respond. I have skype on 16 hrs a day, on my iphone when not on my PC. Believe me, he has had time to respond. I created new account and asked him to add me to his contacts. He does add me, but still does not respond. I am just unlucky I guess. Either way I have exhausted all other solutions and had to file the claim.
