That's really weird! You can PM me your order number if you want and I can give it a try. He's usually online in the wee hours of the morning(eastern time) and I sleep late, so I could almost always catch him. BTW, if says XX rubber is not in stock, tell me if you want me to tell him to just drop it and ship the rest. Last time something similar happened to me, he refunded via paypal before we even finished chatting so maybe you'd want that.

My shipment was sent on June 19th from Hong Kong and arrived here in Sacramento, CA on June 24th. Pretty damn fast for international shipping. Maybe I'll just try to place an order with him through live chat from now on LOL.

Did you try calling him with skype to get his attention? Whenever I do that he messages me first, never took more than 2 consecutive calls(a few minutes of time)! I did that to help out assiduous and reached him twice and finally sorted out his order, hopefully it's on his way now to his house :D I really don't know exactly why but as long as ttnpp shows that he's online, he's never NOT responded to me!

My 5/17 order just arrived last week - big thank you to dingyibvs!
I don't know why he would not respond to me back then, but since I received my order I asked him a question on skype, and he responded right away, and with big detail, even entertaining my speculations. As everyone else says - try to confirm ahead of time he is not out of stock. Yesterday for example he told me he is out of the 35 degree MARS II 2 - Imago, keep in mind if you order more.. |

That's great to hear! He's got some of the best prices around so hopefully he keeps it up, or better yet, adds the number he has in stock of each item to his online store.

Just saw this post, good to hear that you've got your order and you're welcome! Sometimes the opposite happens too where he has something that's not listed on the site. For example, last I checked, he had 2 Mercury 2 Red 38 degrees in stock which isn't listed on his site.

Thank you. This time I have ordered directly from Yinhe to keep the diversification alive. They have manufactured any Mars 2 I wanted - from 1.8 to 2.3 and from 33 to 41 degrees in different combinations.
As for ttnpp, yesterday ordered another gross of balls from them. With my new combo I am cracking 2 or 3 balls every training session.

It has been two weeks from now of waiting for my supper expensive 70$ order. I am in need of new rubbers. Even he said that he's going to send them on monday, but he never did. Any advices?
Last week lost few points because there was lack of grip on my rubbers, we will see how many I will loose tonight  |

What is the best time to contact him if you live in the US time zone? I had my order returned for poor addressing by the courier service and I need to get him to resend it.
