Good price, fast shipping, very reliable. If items are out of stock, you can either wait for back order, or cancel the order, they will refund right away. I am quite happy with ttnpp. I order mostly from them now.

wow. I take back anything good about this store now. Worst service ever.
So i bought a provincial H3 from him and it the new topsheet. Apparently theyre supposed to have laser print on the back in a vacuum sealed package. This guy sent me something with ink print on the back and in a ziplock bag with a paper printed H3 label thing. I emailed him about that, but he had no reply. Guessing its fake. He usually emails back if you have inquiries about purchases within 5 minutes..... As well, something else i ordered from him was delivered to the wrong location and the issue should be resolved. Its been over a week of me emailing this guy for information or my money back. He hasnt responded to a single one. In the end im gonna cancel with my credit card company on this purchase since UPS cant garuntee all my money back. This guy seems like a jerk who acts nice to get a sale. I've never had problems, got my recent Palio rubber I'm using from them, arrived pretty quick and in perfect shape, great deals. I ask questions about stuff and a in a couple days get a response. I know they go through a lot of orders between their online store and ebay and probably a physical location.

Bought from them over and over. I remember he did a mistake by shipping me the wrong color and hardness rubber, he offered replacement, right away, which I declined.
Great communications, always reply to my questions. But I prefer asking him via msn messenger anyway.
No complaints here.

David, have you tried the online chat feature for ttnpp? Try it. He's very responsive to online chat. The button is on left side of website.
Email sometimes isn't so reliable. Spam filters, inbox full, etc. I'd give the guy a 2nd chance via online chat before calling your credit card company. |

i brought haifu shark 2 and acuda s3 from there. delivery is fast. within 2 weeks. sometimes less than that. i prefer communicate with them by their msn live chat there.
one thing i don't like is when they have things out of stock. they don't update their web site nor they don't tell me right away. they just hold onto my order. my payment and everything are transferred and confirmed. i have to ask them(through live chat) in order to know what is going on. |

I DID NOT HAVE TROUBLE WITH THEM, BUT MY FRIEND HAS ORDERED A SHIRT AND A COUPLE OF RUBBERS ON NOVEMBER 19TH AND HAS NOT RECEIVED THEM AND THEY DON'T ANSWER TO HIS EMAILS...BUT MY FRIEND SAYS THEY CHARGED HIS CREDIT CARD FOR THE ORDER

emihet - tell your friend to discuss online with them about the issue. They have a button on their site for chat. I used it when my package wasn't sent and I find out that the product was out of stock. This was already said a few times in this thread... |

Very reliable seller with very low prices for many ESN rubbers and Butterfly products. I just placed an order with them yesterday. Limited selection, however, and they once didn't have a rubber I wanted in stock so I had to wait an additional week for them to ship it (total 3 weeks shipping). This happened to me once out of 8 orders.

The DHS balls he sells are genuine; I know because I bought fake DHS 3 star balls before (knowingly) for $30 per 144. These are $80 for 144 and the majority of them are perfectly round (you'll occasionally find a crooked [egg] ball, but that happens with any company, including Nittaku $2 dollar 3 star balls). If you want 3 star quality balls for practice, get these. |

They are good guys - but the last time (just a couple of weeks ago) it took 30 days for the package to arrive, and that on top of 5 days it took for the parcel to get to HK Post. |
