The DHS balls he sells are genuine; I know because I bought fake DHS 3 star balls before (knowingly) for $30 per 144. These are $80 for 144 and the majority of them are perfectly round (you'll occasionally find a crooked [egg] ball, but that happens with any company, including Nittaku $2 dollar 3 star balls). If you want 3 star quality balls for practice, get these.
May be it was a bad luck for me then.

I've bought glue from ttnpp - took maybe 5 days via UPS.  Longer than expected, but it got held up in China customs as they needed to reoopen the package for security reasons.

I've placed numerous orders with ttnpp.com and not had a problem.  Prices are competitive, they ship relatively fast.  I typically receive my orders in about 10 business days (midwest U.S.).  Orders always arrive correct, complete and undamaged.

I would recommend them as long as the buyer understands the length of time it takes to receive the shipment (and don't forget getting through customs!).

I am officially boycotting TTNPP because they basically stole from my friend, who ordered a few rubbers and protection sheets but has never received them. And it isn't a matter of not receiving them in time, he has NEVER gotten them and it has been months and months and months. Numerous emails NEVER received a reply. He has since filed a complaint against them at a government internet fraud website.

I really like their broad selection but when something like this happens to a close friend, I simply can't take the risk. I'm glad that people have had problem-free transactions with them, but all it takes is one order to ruin everything.

Going through this thread again, I have just now learned of the available Skype method on their website. I'll suggest this to him but the last thing anyone needs is to sit and wait for someone to be on Skype, of all things. There really isn't an excuse for not responding to emails. In fact, he intends to email them daily now in hopes that someone will finally get fed up enough to bother responding.

Your (or your friend) attitude looks childish to me. It was said over and over again that ttnpp don't answer to mail, is it that hard to understand? Sending emails every day when you know they don't answer defies logic.
You don't need to stay on skype, they have a button which can be used from browser (unless you're using a text browser). If you hover over the button it display when they are online or offline.
I'm convinced you can do better than that. :)

Last week I ordered from them, the next day the package was at the postal office, in 21 left Honk Kong and today (or yesterday, I'm not sure) is at the postal office in my country in Europe.

You are lucky. Mine usually get stuck in the customs exchange station. And you have to pay 25% accumulated taxes. Even the transport expenses are being taxed.

The email bombardment comment was in jest, expressing my friend's frustration. Please don't insult me nor my friend's attitude. If you were in the same situation, you would likely be just as infuriated, especially because TTNPP is so highly praised for quick shipping. Right now he has paid a good deal of money for nothing. I'm glad you got your package in a reasonable amount of time, how nice for you.

You know what else defies logic? An internet business that doesn't reply to email.

I haven't picked up the package yet, just saw online that it arrived. If they start taxing it I should probably stock some rubbers.

I don't want to insult you, but it was said over and over again in this thread that they don't answer to email. Why trying something that doesn't work? Talk with them online. Good luck.

I recently placed an order, it shipped the next day and arrived in the US in less than 2 weeks.  I was pretty happy.  I followed some recommendations on here and  IMed him prior to ordering to ensure that they had what I wanted in stock.

I wish there were more choices of the thickness of rubber.  Usually there is no option or only options for 2mm or thicker.

I ordered WSC + donic baracuda from them and on the next day I recieved an email which said that they were out of stock with the blade. I decided to get a refund and it arrived on the next day.

After that they adviced me to ask before I'll order anything.

I am sure that, I am gonna order some more stuff from them tho

I have ordered rubbers from this seller 4 times in the past, and each time the order was shipped within 1-2 days. It took ~10-14 days to get to California, but this long delay is the transit time through the post office system. My last order was couple days ago, and the USPS "track & confirm" is showing that the item was accepted and prepared by HK post for shipping. I'm pretty happy with this seller's service.

i ordered a blade from ttnpp on 3/6, and i've yet to receive it as of 3/24.  Is this normal?  I did obtain a shipping confirmation that the product left hk on 3/20.  Typically how long does it take to arrive in California?  Thanks!

2 - 2.5 wks shipping time is normal.  Not very often but once in a while I do get my stuffs from HK in about 10 days.

i purchase several products from Hong kong from time to time and also from TTNPP and found out lately that customs in Hong kong holds the outwarding packages sometime quite a long time. I really think that explains that the shipping takes longer sometimes. The actual shipping from Hong Kong once past customs to USA or Europa can be achieved within 4 days.

I think they are pretty smart not to stock many blades. Blades usually last but rubbers don't.

I love ttnpp's pricing and service.

But I don't understand your reasoning. Because blades don't degrade over time (in fact, likely the opposite is true) it would make sense to have blade overstock.

But likely ttnpp stocks only the blades that they know will sell. So maybe there is no point carrying Stiga's "Flavor of the Year Ultra Mega Super Hyper Technology" which is refreshed/replaced by newer and more expensive blades that offer few real advantages on an annual basis.

Paddle Palaces HyperTech CR overstock has lasted them ten years. So I guess you're right, maybe blades do last Wink

I think he means once people bought a blade, they keep it along time before buying again, so ttnpp can not sell as many blade as rubbers.  I do not share the same view, but I guess store will only stock what they know will sell fast...

Sorry to resurrect this thread again, but has anyone been able to contact ttnpp in the last ~3 weeks? I have tried to contact them for the last ~2 weeks to check on the availability of some rubbers, but I could not get through. I tried email, their ticket system, and live help. No luck at all. Thanks.
