Not cheap, but better prices on rubbers than anywhere else I have seen, but only limited and depend what are you looking for.

I don't really understand why they would sell fake national H3's, since DHS started mass producing them last/this year. The ones at eacheng and FES are probably real though.

I have never bought something from this site, but I know one forum member, who is crying this shop is debtor to him and he has to get back around $30 for some order 3 months ago and up to this moment he has no any answer about his money.
Also in other topic here I saw there is a member who bought from this site little different rubbers from the original one, and he published a photos.
I hope you will give us feedback If you buy something there.

Talk to the guy before buying.  Make sure he has what you want in stock before you order.  There are stories of people's orders taking forever if he doesn't have the rubber on hand.

This is other story from a real member here :
I just ordered a same sheet of Neo H3 provincial version from ttnpp couple weeks ago, and received 10 day later. DHS site response my 16 digit code as " DHS doesn't produce this product, be cautious for fake product".
I will never buy something from this site.

I haven't been buying for quite as long, but I've ordered maybe 5-6 times from them now and have had no problems.  I haven't heard any conclusive evidence of any inferiority of their products yet besides the nebulous claims of "this rubber feels weird" or "so and so didn't like the rubber."  As for the H3 provincial or national versions...I have a feeling that DHS would deny it even if you got it straight from LGL's hands.

Probably because he employs less people.  In fact, I don't think he employs anybody, I think it's just a one man operation.  The downside to that is that the customer service is pretty spotty.  You HAVE to speak with him before purchasing anything or you run the (significant) risk of it not being in stock and your order being held indefinitely until he restocks.  He also doesn't come online until like 3 am EST, which is quite a pain for many potential customers.

As with all things in life, there are no perfect things.  If you don't wanna deal with the hassle of buying from ttnpp, then you'll have to pay extra to get it from somewhere else.

I placed order with ttnpp on 15thAug and paid. A week later, I was so fortunate to catch him online. He stated my order had been sent the same day. Untill todat I receive nothing from him. His account page indicates my order is still in Processing!!!Angry
For last whole week, he seemed to have gone to Mars, and no chance of getting him on either skype or MSN.

If include the postage fee he charged, well to the shipping agent, his price is not that cheap.

I have made 3 orders till now for the 1st I was informed about the lack of the blade according to the weight i asked him to send me and the order was sent with a delay of about 1.5 week because i choose to wait. For the 2nd the order of my friend arrived within 10 days(!) and the 3rd, ordered 20/8, dispatched 26/8.

Until now, hopefully no problems at all.

If you are not that patient and care about support more than your money you can choose another site, i am fine waiting for 2 weeks or so.

"If include the postage fee he charged, well to the shipping agent, his price is not that cheap."

With 2$ postage fee and 14*Weight in Kg. i don't think that these features raise his prices. Find something else to whine about.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago. Caught him online aswell and he said that he was going to send it on last monday but he never did. My status is still in processing too. I am giving him few more days and if nothing is gonna happen I am filling up dispute on paypal.

Btw.. even with his post charges, his prices are cheap.

It seems this shop is 50/50...There are no the same opinions, so different positive and negative feedback. I think the owner of this shop does not wants to be a good seller. If he does, long time ago he can make better his business politics. I think lot of people buy there because of the low prices, but the unknown quality and unknown term for delivery and money lost is not acceptable I think.
Is there in this site original hurican neo 3 with blue sponge? If somebody knows where is available please write here or on p.m., please.
Thanks in advance!

Some people order obscure weird stuff, if you have the personality to go chasing mythical rubbers like neo 3 with blue sponge rather than just ordering a sheet of baracuda. I'd say chances are you would likely order something that has no stock at ttnpp :)

sometimes it's hard to get in contact with the owner. but if you manage to message him and talk to him. he'll be more than accomodating. we had to hold off on our order for about 2-3 weeks but when we got in touch with him, the order was processed in about 2 days.

Did you try to deal with him after that? In my opinion OUT OF STOCK message would make huge difference. Making your customers wait such long amount of time is never good in any kind of business, especially sales.

Agree absolutely. The agony is: he deliberately stays away from web, making it impossible to get in touch with him. I accept delay delivery or partial shipment. BUT KEEPING silent from customer is not a way of doing business.

clear picture

- i am (among) cheapest because i can keep my costs low
- i keep my costs low because i don't hire anybody, i do everything myself
- if i replied to e-mails, i could not do everything by myself
- same if i was always online when i'm doing business

so, the lack of communication is the cost of good prices. but:

- the quality of stock - i put this on question because of bad experience
- lack of web shop options - it is not that problematic if web shop reflects stock count, so when stock falls under 3-5 rubbers, then put remark 'ask for stock availability', when stock falls to 0 then put remark 'currently out of stock'
- alternative option upon checkout - if one item out of stock, chose what is done: send without an item, cancel order or wait until it arrives

web shop options are part of planning the business, and it can be done - no can, it needs to be done if personnel is lacking, it is essential to business
