They have some value and great customer service, check out their combos, saves tons of money for me almost 50$. It is simply the best out their! Great deals now too on stiga stuff, i am not working for them, they just return my emails within a day or two.

They also have low stocks on many of the items on their web page and they take their sweet time actually processing online orders.

I once bought a nice "clearance" blade from them, but they sent me a "Heavyweight", so I emailed them and asked for a replacement but there was no more stock then. I returned it by FedEx Priority w/tracking which cost me Cdn 10.50 but they said it was their mistake to send this heavyweight to me in the first place therefore they also reimbursed my shipping cost.
The emails/answers from them were very professional and courteous, I felt kinda guilty not buying that blade from them.
May be next time...next stock hopefully...

I have had good luck from them. I ordered a bat case which I found out later was out of stock and they asked me what I wanted them to ship. They sent more expensive case for cost of original one.

this is an amazing site they seem to have products advertised and when an order is placed they run out and buy the item,more like a one door opperation.

They're OK but if you order something & find yourself waiting & waiting & waiting & waiting... CALL & find out if it is out of stock!
Aside from this they are a pretty good merchant. Once in a while you can find nice clearance prices. If I recall correctly they will try to accommodate blade weight requests to satisfaction. |

oh okay i havent ordered from them before but I got a combo, and now they remove the item from the site if its out of stock I beleive

I received good service from them, I have made several orders for blades, rubbers, combos, accessories, and other stuff and have never had an out of stock problem, and I have always been pleased
