Anyone tried this combo? Or any idea how would it feel? How much spin it can produce and how fast is the whole set up?
Been wanting to reduce the head heavy feeling of my blade, viscaria with calibra lt spin max and rakza 7 2.0, as my wrist is starting to suffer specially on serving. Any comment and recommendation is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I play Boost TC max on my Stiga Hypertech and find this setup "fast allround" close/mid table. Spin is very good. On Viscaria it would be pretty fast and great for a mid distance looper. Boost TC gives me much better touch than Tenergy's and it's lighter. Boost TC does not have the crazy high throw ala T05..more medium.

I have the Boost TC on my Timo Boll T5000, so with a Viscaria, it shouldn't be too much problem since the Boost TC helps to absorb some of the speed given its softness. If you want speed though, I do suggest getting another faster rubber for perhaps the forehand. Boost TC is pretty good on the backhand

Thanks for all the responses. Actually i'm looking for a slower rubber than r7 and lighter. How's the durability of boost tc?

I think the durability of Boost TC is very good. Seems to hold it's performance above average.

Try any adidas rubber i.e. tenzone, tenzone sf, P7 as they as fast and spinny rubbers while being light in weight. Used to play with the viscaria with P5 and P7

This suggestion is good, but boost tc is also pretty good on a Viscaria. |
