Please. Use a little common sense. He's using long pips on backhand [i'm not sure what it is though] and tenergy 64 on the FH. |

didn't he used to use that in 2003 world championship? Then he switched to Tackifire? And now tenergy? What sponge does he uses on both sides?

Then he switched to Tackifire? YES (Tackifire was his FH rubber, not BH)
And now tenergy? YES
What sponge does he uses on both sides? Whatever comes with Tenergy and TSP Curl P1r

Why would he switch back to an old equipment when they got new technology like high tension long pips, Feint Long(longest pips out.)? To me, switching sponsors was a big decision, was he not happy with Butterfly? Little things happen in table tennis all the time, lack of money results in lack of scope into these things, like why is Wang Hao not playing, when will Schlager and Boll be back? Personal interview of weather Kreanga, He Zhi Wen, and other old ppl think they can still win WC.

but he switched his rubber from Long Pips from Curl, that says something to all the choppers, I think if Joo won WTTC, about 50% ppl's inner desire to become chopper will come alive, but right now, ppl just don't think they can win. B/c they want to play best to their ability.

It isn't always in a players preference to use the latest tech or else the pro tour would all use zylon carbon fiber blades. And high tension long pips may not have the same positive effect as it does on inverted. |

ya, I wrote wrong things down. Guess guess Butterfly couldn't come up w/ a rubber to satisfy Hyuk, how disappointing.

The Butterfly 2008/2009 Catalog listed Tackifire Drive as the rubber used by JooSH. This could be the older catalog.
