I don't think you guys use enough layers of Finezip. I've never EVER had problems peeling Finezip off from Tenergy or H3.

If you put on multiple layers, just about any glue is easy to remove from the sponge.

You are never too old to learn new things! I honestly did not know that. I always use the minimum amount possible, that is probably why i have never found it easy to remove glue from sponge. |

Please don't try that with Donic Blue.

There is sound and proven reason not to put on multiple layers. Butterfly has experimental evidence showing that a thin layer of WBG is the best. Multiple layers simply slow down the rubber unnecessarily. Sandiway

Finezip and Tear Mender are easy to use & remove.
Revolution 3 is also easy to remove, but it smells. Hate to use it. |

I'm not sure what level you play at, but everybody I know puts at least 2+ layers on Tenergy and 3-4 of Finezip (5-6 of less viscous glues) on H3. You don't need "experimental evidence" from Butterfly to tell you anything. Just try putting more than one layer on and you should be able to feel the difference lol. That said, I've never used Butterfly glues. |

My level has got nothing to do with Butterfly's professional advice. Butterfly's opinion, based on their scientific testing, is for people to use a thin layer of glue only for maximum speed. And high-level amateurs and professional players want to get the most of out their Tenergy. They (used to at least) felt the need to state this on the package for their water-based glue and direct reference their scientific testing - I suspect it's because plenty of people do it wrong. And to your "lol" dig, ahem, it's clear to me (unboosted) that Tenergy 05 is fastest with a thin layer of Finezip compared to multiple layers. Perhaps you should try it. And confirm that Butterfly is right.
