i'm going to buy balls and a couple of rubbers from zeropong. Thought I might as well get a blade (shakehand). Can anyone suggest something. I already have LKT Instinct. Something that would be good with RD.

I heard really good things about the Ayous Hinoki from Hookshot. Definite upgrade from the Instict and it just so happens he recommended the RD with the Ayous Hinoki. I think you got a winner ;)

I like the 729 Bomb.  It is faster and only a little bit heavier and more expensive than the Instinct you are using.  I also have an LKT Instinct, Gambler Arylate/Carbon and Toxic 5(hardbat).
I would only consider the 729 Bomb and Gambler Arylate/Carbon.

I really liked the 6030L

it's got a lot of speed and power for a 5ply. I really liked it playing penhold. It did everything well and felt really stable.

I play an all around double inverted game. I'm looking for something with a very wide gear range.

The tone and bounce of the W-6 are almost identical to an Acoustic, I have both and you can't really tell the difference bouncing a ball on them the W-6 maybe a bit less flexy but it's pretty much very similar. I'm not sure about Red Diamond on it but you can let us know how that works

Anthony,
Anytime. Just remember, the Pogo with Seemiller is not meant to be used like a normal shake backhand. It is meant for serve return, blocking, pushing, chopping or twiddling. It can disrupt a loopers rythem if you block a loop short. You can hit with it but not the same as inverted. A flat hit with Pogo is fast but requires a different stroke than inverted. A very hard loop can be blocked short if you let the ball do the work. Do not stroke at the ball, just let the ball hit the bat. Block off the bounce. I do all this without twiddling, just roll my forarm over to use the backside. Incomming chop can be hit with Pogo but do not try to loop them, just flat hit and use thier spin. Smile
