Probably old ones that are original version like TBS, not Timo Boll ALC (remixed version
 ). My JSH is pretty fine for the price I got around 65$.

When you refer to mid distance, how far back are you talking about? 6 to 10 feet?
I didn't have any issues when I used T64 2.1 on my Iolite Neo( the one with the new FL handle ).

The T05 FX is tooooo slow. But it would probably work on the Ishlion because its a harder blade, also the ALC (TB & IF) too.

T05 FX is too soft for me, I rather stick to 05.
How many of us in here uses BTY photino, its kinda expensive but sure it gives you the perfect feel and touch without loosing the speed/power.
