Stradivarius is good for short pips. It's very similar to TBS.

You can find Extreme S Cpens on Taobao. There is a question about their authenticity, but they look real on pictures... Also, something tells me that Solo has a classic 7-ply construction for short pips and it's slower than Extreme S...

Extreme S is not a Clipper clone, it's more like P700 on steroids. Shipping is not really expensive as I see - see it at http://www.buychina.com/products/15949271763 for example
