I can't seem to find any good Butterfly shoes for table tennis, so I'm thinking of using Yonex badminton shoes for the sport.  What do you guys think?

Yonex badmintion shoes are very good. I myself use it and have no complains. Works good on wooden as well as cement flooring.

I use this one below.

I have used them for the last 5 years.  Best to visit a Badminton club and try on the type you are interested in, I use a club in Berkeley which has a small store at the club combined with a  large selection of models online. First pair I purchased online through them then tried them on at there club to confirm the fit.

I used to wear some Yonex shoes and they fit my feet well as they were larger in the toe box then most other shoe brands. I bought them at a Chinese mall in Vancouver a few years ago and if I go back again this summer I will surely buy another pair.

Any decent low court shoes should be fine, i have the same mizunos for squash, badminton and table tennis, they work great. Let me see if i can find you the awesome eBay store from the UK(free shipping to USA) that has good deals on court shoes.

Depends on how flexible you need your shoes to be and how much support you need (and how grippy).  No single solution for all players.  Compared to TT shoes, Yonex are less flexible and more padded.  Personally, I prefer Asics volleyball shoes.  Increasingly as I get older, and Achilles tendons complain more and more, and my footwork gets more and more like one of the un-dead, I need a bit more support than TT shoes give, which is bothersome because I like flexible shoes that let me dig my toes in. Yonex shoes are definitely popular at my club, though.

na ma Yonex badminton shoe it is... but don't they have different models? If so, which one is the best for TT, for a heavy guy?

The shoes are good if you play pushblocker style.
