Particularly MM vs JM, seems like the only difference is the composite. JM is harder composite & MM is softer composite. Everything else seems to be the same right? Wood/Weight/Thickness/Etc

I wanted to get something as similar to JM as possible, but softer. I think MM is the answer?

How? They are both 5 + 2.  They both use Limba on the outer surface.  The JM is 5.7mm thick, and the MM 5.9, JM feels more like an all wood blade compared to MM.

ZLC seems to be harder & ALC softer...You say MM is not as all wood feel, so you would say its closer to TB ALC & Viscaria?
