The Chen Xinhua one is worlds better than the Ding Song one. More strategies and explanations involved rather than just mindless drilling.

They mostly teach about form, but the Chen Xinhua one has a lot of in depth chopper strategies to mess up the attacker.

I think that Liang Geliang played i 60's, cause first top-spin was played in 1956(Tokyo Championships).
