Thanks for your input. My coach advises me to play FH whenever possible, which is surprising because he has a very good backhand. We're doing a lot of drills concerning playing a BH during a counterloop rally when the opponent plays a shot down the line to my BH. Most players will lob that shot and let the opponent stay on the offensive. I'm trying to get the feel for playing a BH during a counterloop rally so as to stay on the offensive because lobbing it is usually game over unless your opponent is short or Hao Shuai :-) I really like my BH stroke. It looks very similar to Timo Boll's when I recently filmed myself and I am slowly getting more comfortable with playing it during games.
