I notice from the Butterfly World web site that there is a new Power Sponge series. The sponge is supposed to have fresh glue effect for 3-4 months. It is offered for Sriver and Bryce. The Power Sponge range of rubbers has to be stored in a special bag to keep the effect fresh. Has anyone tried out these rubbers? |

I stuck on a bryce ps and sriver ps on june 29th...prior to the us open. Its been almost 4 weeks...I play 3 times a week and then all week during the open. I still feel the effect today. About the same as the second day with the rubber...though the top sheet is getting a bit worn. I have not noticed any drop in effect the last couple of weeks...I do keep it in the Alu bag. Not reglueing has had an effect on my game, I am a bit more consistent now, yet still can pound the same shots I did when I reglued. I am convinced that this is the way to go and have started selling off my extra unopened sheets of regular bryce.
