Seems like Stiga has started to present a series of instructional drills from the China National Team.
Good stuff with some interesting details on stance and body mechanics, IMHO. 1. Forehand Serve 2. Backhand Serve 3. Forehand Receive 4. Forehand Topspin 5. Backhand Receive |
