I've been doing this for a while: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6etLKswjq8 (every other day at best though) and thought it would be great if someone made a similar HIIT workout specifically for table tennis. A little accompanying video with messages about how each exercise benefits specific aspects of your ping pong game would be neat.

Great workout, thank you. I would just like to know how this workout is suitable for people with bad knees? My knees have been aching for more than 2 years and I'm not sure that this kind of training will suit me. In addition now I'm on a keto diet and I feel much better, but I would also like to strengthen my body muscles. This article helped me learn a lot about nutrition on the keto diet https://www.modernfit.com/food/how-to-order-keto-at-taco-bell-for-a-low-carb-diet/. I hope this helps those who are on the same diet as me.

I am curious: if the keto diet is supposedly good to help healing children with epilepsy, how would it benefit an adult better than a healthy plant based diet? (I am aware it is possible to be plant based and be horribly unhealthy with chips and beer...). Did a specific condition push you towards Keto or did you just want to try and you feel better so you stay there? People like you can switch to anything they want since they have done it once already.

The real reason I am posting is the certainty that we can't make tendons stronger and the joints better at the level of the knee, we can only give them a break so our job is to pack muscle around all that to support the tendons and limiting joints wearing out. Pack muscles means hitting the gym; that and a serious plant based diet and you are on your way to iron man, man! :) Edited by stiltt - 10/28/2020 at 9:47pm |

I actually started to do Powerball exercises for about a month and noticed some serious differences in my pronation/supination power. In general I felt that my game has a lot more spin compared to pre Powerball....
I also really like how they make my forearms a lot more defined ;) Edited by blahness - 10/29/2020 at 7:23am |
