Sorry, I can't get the embed function to work correctly.

BTY just released two short teasers for both products.

The HT ALC is a slght modification - it's a slightly oversized innerforce ALC with different dimensions (158mm x 152mm).

The Dignics though is very interesting - it's supposedly made for a quicker to the ball, driving style for the plastic ball era (a la Harimoto).  As for as I can gather from Google Translate, it's intended for Chiquitas and other modern strokes where you take the ball early.

Supposedly, Mizutani, Lin Gaoyuan and Wong Chun Ting are using it.

The blade wood is the same as DHS H301, which costs about $50 after discount at TT11.

Curious to see how much it costs from BTY.

I thought it had Limba as a top ply? Then it wouldn't be the h301

Hi,

OK, so I'm confused.  Is this the new Spring Sponge X?

Thanks,

Who made you your blade?

It was built by Dimitri at http://www.dattblades.com, mine is http://www.dattblades.com/?lightbox=dataItem-joe7lj6p3.

It's my second one; I had it built after damaging my first one (http://www.dattblades.com/?lightbox=dataItem-jezjd66a), but Dimitri actually managed to repair that one as well.  Good as new, and now my backup blade.  They're not identical, the balance is slightly different (intentionally) as is the handle shape (also intentionally), as well as the outer ply on the BH (Anigre on the first attempt, but I settled on Koto for both sides the second time around).

Wonder what properties it will have that make it different from T05. Faster and lower throw?

The info on the website says slightly faster with a higher arc.
This was a great signature until I realised it was overrated.

Interesting. Higher throw than T05! Insane. I wonder how this fits the close to the table attacking game of Harimoto etc as rumoured in theory. Seems like it would more suit Mizutani types.

most of the original innerforce blades were 158x152.
the original dhs hurricane long v (a copy of innerforce alc) was also that dimension I think.

tenergy is a heavy rubber, so is boosted h3, so they started selling those blades in 157x150.

O have tried many blades. IMO freitas alc is the best blades ever from btf. Alc, but thicker limba top wood. it has the advantages of boll alc and innerforce alc.

Lemuria might be another tacky hard sponge rubber to compete with Chinese?
