Hi,

i decided to buy a Yinhe (Milky Way) T-8 blade, which i recently did, because i was missing the power from my current blade (Keyshot light). it suits me well so far, but it could probably a bit too fast now since i want to keep my rubbers (T05 2.1 and Coppa 2.1). is someone able to compre this blade to arylate/carbon blades from butterfly, like viscaria (light), boll alc/spirit, etc.

thanks Smile

I use the Timo Boll Spirit and it (the T-8) is easily a level faster. I had to use a softer sponge on the FH to keep everything on the table. It is a good blade. I just think it is too fast for me at this juncture. I did a thread not so long ago comparing the T-8 to the TBS and another blade like the T-4 or Wavestone.

Exactly! On a fast blade like that you need to go with softer rubbers, unless your name is Werner Schlager Wink

If compared to the T-2 carbon, what it will be like? Is it harder or softer?

T-8 is definitely a tad softer, but only because T-2 is easily the stiffest fastest blade in entire T-series.

The T2 is hard and fast but.... have you used a T-1 o m g :P. I have one it's a total weapon, just like a T-2 but thicker stiffer and faster, although it's unusable for serious competition
