I am amazed there are apparently no more videos from Atlanta available... am I wrong there?

Wang Tao's pretty awesome.  He went to the U.S. Teams in Detroit and when I saw him play David Zhuang and Chen Jing, it was just an amazing display of quick hands, quick feet, loops that flew up the ceiling if misblocked and blistering backhand hit.  Really nice! It's too bad he didn't win a Worlds/Olympic Singles title.  Hao Shuai reminds me of him minus the pips out BH.

BTW, did you see Cai Zenhua's face when Wang Tao beat Petr Korbel? Looked like a teenage boy who got cherry popped.

A saw this and then I watched a fairly recent video of Petr Korbel playing one of the young Chinese (I think it was Hao Shuai) and am amazed at how little his level has dropped.  The guy is smooth as silk.

Wang Tao video not easy to find in English speaking web sites, he has always been one of my favorite players, thanks for posting this.

Read what I wrote again.  I was saying he is playing at an amazingly high level even now.

Ah, missed the little part, assumed it was how much. Haven't seen him play recently myself.
