It's not carbonado
The color's different. (black)
and it has no carbon.

Traditionally, CP users prefer 5 ply wood blades

That is correct.

I know some players don't like to use edge tape in order to allow for 'the gas to escape' upon ball impact. I mostly think it is personal preference (or in case of sponsored players using edge tape, to hide the fact that they are not using their sponsor's rubbers).

looks like it has Xu Xin's name on the badge. The sanded off wording on the wing seems to still have the letters 'coming'

New XX signature blade maybe?

Thank you for the pictures.

I too noticed c-pen players do prefer 5-ply blades. What's the rationale behind that?

A version of Tenergy

From screen cap it is not razor sharp but can still see the dotted layer of composite structure there.

Interesting. He's been using ZLC since the first Mizutani blade was made. Of course prior to that he used the Maze and the Mizutani Special which were both ALC.

He is using a custom Yinhe blade which is belonging to Liu Dingshuo. There has been discussion on TTD about Ma Longs racket didn’t pass racket control.

Some people mentioned that it could be either a customized Yinhe T5S or customized Yinhe V14 Pro with T5S handle.

Harimoto was on T80's, he experimented with T05's at some point - not sure if he has made the switch.
