Hey guy's.
Here is the new signature blade of Ma long... the Hurricane Long II. Could be nice to know what the ply's are :-) http://www.dhs-sports.com/portal/content/15310?type=999 |

Considering how similar it looks to the PG7: Limba(Koto?)-Ayous-Ayous-Ayous-Ayous-Ayous- Limba(Koto?) It's hard to tell the top ply exactly from those pictures, but it's basically a 6.4mm Clipper with a slightly different dimensions. Probably very close to the DHS PG7 in shape and material, just higher quality (or one would hope at least, given how much more expensive it is). |

Edit first list: Chen Qi is not using a Maze anymore but an Ebenholtz if
I'm correct, with probably an H3 neo blue sponge or TG3 blue sponge
(unlikely tho)

re: gao ning's equipment, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taoCG8Z8kqk here around 2:40 I think I see a butterfly emblem on the bottom, square metal badge? In some other matches it looks like a maze to me, handle is grey / white with nothing on the sides. Still not sure though.

Rosewood 5, I suppose.
He tried the Eben7 at the World Cup 2009, where he lost the final to Samsonov. |

The first time I saw his change was in the Hungarian Open, at the end ot January. He was using Rosewood 5, with Skyline and Tenergy 05-fx. I thing he used Ebenholz in 2009. Does anybody know what will be his next blade ? Or has he changes the Rosewood already ? Chen Qi surely is the best professional EJ.

pretty sure he's still using the liu shiwen for now, but he went through around 8-10 different blades during a period of time last year

Well... in my eyes Chen Qi never falls from the first place EJ. Switching from arylate/carbon to all wood blades twice and changing from Hurricane-Skyline-Hurricane-Skyline + I'm sure he changes the BH rubber on almost every blade. lol
