It should be noted that after a quick count, Hu Melek did 27 pushes/drop shots in that rally. It's not a bad point but there are better attacker vs defender highlights.

By contrast famous Timo Boll vs Ding Song rally http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agmPb9y7N1E lasts 42 seconds and has 49 shots altogether for both players. New record of modern era? |

I'm shocked if indeed no one has mentioned this yet, but come on people...
11th seed and defender, 32 year old Viktoria Pavlovich of Belarus won the women's single title, European champion, actual European girl, a defender, winning a major title...kinda news.

I have a lousy internet connection (max 1.5 Mb) being stuck out in the sticks, but the Laola stream has been the best I've experienced for TT-yes, it does drop, but only about once a minute. The ITTV stream freezes every three seconds for me (just as someone serves, inevitably).
