I've a 82.5g FL one. My last FL was 84g sold to a local teen as his dad & him basically hung onto it didn't wanna let it go & that was IMO 1 of the best composites I ever had. Strangely my present 88g FL seems a tad faster. And a rare 86g An. is at present in my shoe box. Its An. is 1 of the best An. handles of all....
Outta all these ZLC, ZLF of whatever, Photino imho is the best of all....
This 84g 1 is NICE...
Good luck.

Recently, I bought too many blades, and I am not even using them. Maybe I should start a thread and sell some of them.

For the delicate wrists I can see 2 light rubbers like Boost TP MAX and Boost TX 2.0 on that blade for a total weight under 170 grams.
LIGHT AND SUPER FAST WITH HINOKI FEEL...MMMMHHHH
No kidding! young loopers or ladies would be enchanted with such a light Photino.

I never played with the ZLC.
I hear people saying that the TB ZLC is a renamed Mizutani Jun. If that's true then you can find a lot of info comparing the Photino to the MJ.
The Photino is softer with its hinoki outer plies. It is thicker so it does not flex.
The MJ has a hard feeling and is pringy because its flex. It has a strong wood feeling despite the Zcarbon layers. That flex allows dwell time followed by strong spring effect, making the player do super high arcs.
The Photino has a lower throw in comparison.
Yesterday I thought about the MJ being to the Photino what the Violin is to the Acoustic.
Sorry it's not what you asked but...it's all I have.

The Photino is a better blocking blade than the ZLC. The hits are also more powerful.
