If I could play TT with primus the way les claypool from primus plays bass, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Wavestone St with Illumina 1.9r, defender1.7b

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

I played about 20 minutes with primus 2.3mm this evening, on a 1 ply cypress from "Blades by charlie". Just enough to see that this rubber is noticeably faster than a classical rubber like mark V or coppa. There is a small click sound when you hit the ball quite hard. I don't know if it is a bit tuned, but it wouldn't surprise me. Throw angle seems quite high for topspin. Control is not as good as a classical mark V or coppa. Maybe due to the max sponge. It is quite bouncy in the short game.
It is quite soft. Rated as 42°; ok but then 42° in the ESN tensor scale. It seems like a slower joola phenix. Spin is average.
My 2 cents...

Update after one more session (2 hours) with a blade I'm used to:
The rubber is very fast and quite close to joola phenix, even regarding speed, but personaly I prefer the primus. I should have taken the 2mm sponge, it would have been fast enough, and hopefully with better control. With my main blade, osp virtuoso, it is quite controlable even in max sponge, but still a bit bouncy.
The feel looks really like a classical soft rubber such as vario soft, mark V gps, with speed glue. But with a bit softer topsheet. Spin is good.
Speed glue effect is really present.

I got my Primus 2.0mm today and glue it on the Mod HK655 blade.  Only played for ~ 30min.  It is quite fast but still with good control and not too bouncy.  The sponge looks similar to Blitz but with a nicer kick.  Looping underspin is quite easy as well.  And I agreed with speed29 that the speed glue effect is really present.  It weighs ~ 60grs.  I kinda like the rubber but need to play few more sessions to see if the same feeling is still there.

I had another session with Primus 2.0mm on HK655 today and it did not work best for me.  The speed is there but the spin is not.  It blocks and smashes really well and that was it to this rubber.  Nothing else special about this rubber.  It also seems to work better on BH than FH. IMO, it is not worth $50 or even $35.  I'd rather have Blitz or PME 42.5 deg on BH since they can perform at least the same or better but cheaper.

I forget to mention that you must be careful when removing this rubber from the blade since the sponge is vety fragile. I got a small tear in the middle of the rubber when removing it from the blade.
