Old post....just bought a newgy 1050..
I like the RyKnocks base and boards.. but not so sure on the catch net part. Drew? Any more input on what you did? Any other DIY catch nets? I also looked on this thread for ideas: http://mytabletennis.net/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=35838&PN=3&title=ball-catch-net-design-competition Does anyone have the new ipong Carbon catch net and does it work well with the newgy? Seems put up/take down would be a pain. |

Fatt.. that's the one I'm thinking of, the carbon edition, which I think is the newer version than lesxha's. But looking at the photos I can find, seem to have the same mounting hardware that he modified.
Let me know what you think once you receive yours please. More interested in the setup/take down process as we'd be doing that daily. Thanks! EDIT: Looking back at Lesxha's review, it was posted in Sept. so I suppose his is also the carbon version. Edited by j-bo - 11/26/2012 at 10:48am |
