I asked a few of the Japanese players there and they told me nobody is using the SK7. I was playing against Ito Shinya and he was uaing the ALC, so was Mizuno Yuya from what i could tell. Looks like they are all playing with ALC.

The alc is relatively popular.However I can tell you most Japanese players are using zlc material. The sk7 is actually quite popular in Japan...
