Has anyone ordered anything from ttex.se before?  If so, what's your experience with this store?  Generally, how long does it take to receive the item in the US?  Any information would help tremendously as I'm contemplating if I should proceed with my order from this website, thank you.

I had a order that was delivered to me within 2 weeks. I did this about 2 years ago but had no problems.

I actually live in Stockholm atm and have had pleasant experience with this shop so I think there is nothing to worry about ordering from ttex. A little expensive though ;) cheers!

It's expensive?  I thought the Stiga blade is not too bad including shipping to the US.  It is definitely cheaper than buying it in the US.  Thanks for the suggestion, I think I will proceed with ordering.

Thank you.

Yes, I bought some stuff there once on a visit to Stockholm a couple of years ago.  Very nice shop, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, hooked me up with a great club to play at.  But I agree, quite expensive.  Even the Stiga stuff, sold in Sweden, cost more than it does from on-line vendors in the US and Canada!  I think it's partly because they are in one of the more expensive parts of the Normalm neighborhood in Stockholm.  Maybe local VAT taxes were high too.  But it really surprised me at the time.  I bought stuff anyway because I wanted a great souvenir from the trip.

The price is due to taxes and nothing else. All the major shops (as if we had plenty of them...) have the same price on almost everything.

TTEX is a good shop and there is no reason not to trust them. Most of the time they are very helpful and friendly.

I ordered from TTEX about a month or so ago, no problem.  I just went back there again today, and their web page change, I can not even login.  Any one knows what happens?

They recently changed their website but no login issue here. Only problem is that all previous order records were gone.

same problem, I emailed them last week but have not received a reply.  I guess to register again will be more efficient at this point than trying to have it reinstated.

I was able to get in touch with their Web Master.  Didn't think they aware the issue at first and recommended me to do forgot password (which was not working as well).  I think eventually they realized the issue and said they were looking into it.

They emailed me back yesterday saying it should be working again.

I think you have to log in as a USA resident then they will take away the VAT , but it still doesn't work out, unless VAT is 35%, I will check again on their site

I see their international shipping had a big jump from 8 to 12 to 16 Euro in a span of 2 months. No point buying in bulk because the next step up is over 40 Euro! So basically they had double their shipping fee now.

Turbo,  the way I see it, the only way to take advantage of a good discount is to buy in bulk, that is if you save 50 USD for one blade, buy 3 will save you $150.  I see that their freight stays the same whether I buy one or four blades.

I just bought 4 blades and 3 rubbers. Adding any small item like edge tape and shipping will go over 40 Euro. Not the same idea of buying in bulk from sites like TT11 or Dandoy where the more you buy the more discount you enjoy with free shipping.

Without experimenting  with all the combinations I see what you mean, cheap items will still take up volume and will cost most postage - it makes sense.  Hope you saved $$$ with your purchase - it is a good feeling.

I ordered fron TTEX on the 7th of this month, they sent me a confirmation of my order after 5 days. They said that the blade I wanted is out of stock. If it is out of stock why did they not put on the online catalog. I sent them few email asking for a tracking number. I paid $16 for dhl postage and #*%sen it via ordinary postage. I will never order from them again.
