Bought this and opened it - this is not an ESN rubber, but made in the haifu factory (like grip-s europe etc).
Soft sponge and what looks like a slightly tacky topsheet. $60 new, $45 shipped, like I said, its just been opened. |

really? Traction MS Soft is that bad? Crap!!! I ordered a Tractioin MS Pro and a MS Soft, I hope they are not the crappy Chinese bootleg version, similar to the Grip-S that ttnpp was selling.

Not bad at all, not bootleg, just different technology from ESN rubber for example, not sure where you got the idea of "bad" from my post?

the haifu factory, haha. that's where the ttnpp version of grip-s came from. I was hoping the Traction Soft would be ESN rubbers. bummer...

ttnpp version of grip-s were factory seconds as I understood it, certainly the price suggests so. haifu makes rubbers for a lot of companies (tibhar, joola, donic) and I haven't heard any quality complaints about those. My only beef with these haifu rubbers is the glue layer, it prevents an EJ like me from moving the rubber too much between blades.
