Yes I agree it is fake, thanks for the confirmation though. I am in process of getting a refund from Seller. Seller seems to be co operating and at the moment I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Have to return first which is a pita otherwise would need to do a paypal dispute and get some official documentation. If I dont get a refund I will be sending pics to Butterfly and ebay and see what they do. Shouldnt come to that though. Seller says got from Poland..

My fear about the sites just listed by Janetang is that all you would get there are more convincing fakes.  And the buychina site she listed charges more than Butterfly USA.

I really hope ebay can do something to stop those sellers as I can still see many auctions with fake Tenergy around. They are smart not to mark the price down too much so more people will fall into their traps as price is not an indication of telling the truth any more. Those sellers just won't feel bad charging you 10x more than what it is worth. Even if 5 out of 10 found out their tricks and ask for refund they are still making big profit playing their game. Shame!
