One star tournament – sanctioned events (for rating)
Mandatory OTTA membership (forms are available at www.ottacanada.com and at the venue)

School tournament – non-sanctioned event (doesn’t count for ratings)
For players without ratings or with less than 200 rating points
Boys
Girls

5. Entry fee:
One star tournament – sanctioned events (for rating)
One event 15$, every additional event 5$ more
School tournament – non-sanctioned event (doesn’t count for ratings
Entry form must accompany cheque payable to OTTA and send to:

6. Deadlines:
May 21st, 2012
May 26th, 2012 (before events start) would be subject to 5$ late entry fees)

7. Cancelations
They are possible till the deadline (May 21st). After that entry fees will not be reimbursed.

8. Format of play:
All events are going to be organized in two stages:
Stage 1: groups with round-robin of 3, or 4 players
Stage 2: knock-out
All events will be played in best of 5 matches

9. Seeding list:
According to last rating list available one week before tournament.

10. Awards
Winner, runner-up and two semi-finalists are receiving medals (minimum number of players per category 6)
