Stanleyhu, thks a mill for Wang-Chen match. One of the best I saw recently. Recommend 3rd set when Wand leads by 10-4 and looses 10-12. Amazing !

man that sucks. i was hoping for another Ma Lin and Wang Liqin shodown (they look like boxers where they try to settle their levels once and for all), but then Chen came in....eeer...totally not wut i expected. I am not really a big fan of Chen Weixing's chopping style but for some reason he does not appear or act like a chopper i imagine him to be. that somewhat aggressive forehand attack and then the sudden backhand chopping transition seems to make him less of a defensive player. Joo is thus far one of the great looking choppers out there. He does not attack like Chen Weixing but he simply counterattacks to throw off people's timing. even when Joo starts attacking he appears to be like counterattacking or does not forget that he is a defensive player, while Chen is more like forcing it going from defender to attacker (a really unusual style). i wonder how he will answer if we ask him wut type of player he is. Chen might answer, "i am half half." it's ok to have a perfect balance of two but that seems to be unusual in the real world because we live on an imbalance world. Men i guess i am just pissed that Wang Liqin lost. |

 , I am downloading, can't wait to see this game. It's Amazing !!! Please don't misunderstand to me, I hope to see Wang vs Ma again but I love even more to see great tough competition.
A chopper won world number 1, just like what happen at 2003, a 69 ranking Joo beated world number 2 Malin, it was still the favour game I watch from time to time, I guess Chen-vs-Wang will be a very good game too. Can't wait~~ Three out of top 4 has out of this competition, I beg ITTF will be very please to see such a dynamic event! |

same here!! that kinda killed it for me when he lost that match. i pretty much lost interest after that... anyway, it seemed like wang was starting to take control in the 7th when chen weixing started to get really lucky!! he got 2 nets and 2 timely edgeballs when he was down a few points in the last set. he even said how lucky he was in the post-game interview. |
