Can't find any info on this blade- age/ construction etc
apart from being described as 'rare' in a recent edition of TTC. |

Hi I have the same blade couldn't find anything on the Internet apart from a small article saying that a mint condition Jonyer s model sold for £125 in Sweden. As all Jonyer blades seem to made from Hinoki this one must be the same but with an older style handle. It has to of been made in the 70s I reckon in the Jonyer era.

In the past few days there was a similar Jonyer Hinoki blade on eBay (in much better shape) that was listed at $200 USD but did not sell. I know cause I watched it and hope it comes back up for a reduced price. Jonyer was the guy back when I played in my youth and I would like a blade to admire and play with, but not for $200. :) |
