Indoor football shoes are great for ping pong - not too expensive either. I haven't used that model - but in general they are great.

No indoor soccer shoes are not lighter than TT shoes - I would say TT shoes are probably the lightest shoes around. If weight is an issue - then TT shoes are the way to go. Support and comfort - Soccer, Volleyball or Badminton.

Soccer shoes that only weigh 210 grams - that's amazing.  Wonder how much my socks weigh. I guess soccer shoes must be the lightest shoes around. Most of the ones I've seen have leather uppers. I'll have to go check these out!

Looks = EWWW (unless I was a 16 year old cheerleader girl from 1976).
Build Quality = SUPER EWWWW
Price = OUCH (look more like $30 shoes)

WEIGHT = YEAAAA

DURABILITY = ???  I wouldn't chance it for that price ($60 USD)....may as well go with a Mizuno TT shoe.

Yeah, I say as Rich215 seyz... your avatar has Waldner in it, why not Waldner Flex 2 (10.5 ounce/shoe) a proven shoe, in the same price range.

You asked what we think about them for TT......so I gave you my personal opinion.  I was not calling you names or saying anything derogatory towards you.

I'm not at all being miserable.....just giving you honest and personal view of those shoes. Did you see where I was happy that they are so light?

If you want me to sugar coat it for you and give you no details.....    No, I would not choose those shoes for TT personally.  Wink     Beer

Having owned several indoor soccer shoes, and looking at the soles of those shoes, the grip (traction)
is only fair.  The lateral grip looks marginal.  Badminton or volleyball shoes would give better support and traction than indoor soccer shoes.  Have not tried this particular model/

I received my shoes; I am a 9.5 and they are wearable but I wish I had ordered a 10 instead. I hope they'll get bigger as I play with them as I don't want to go through the return etc...
Both weigh 442 grams including shoe laces => 15.59 oz => 7.8 oz per shoe.

Good grip and sideways movement. Decent levels of cushioning as well would highly recommend as cheap alternative to actual tt shoes, just as good. Well done puma

I bought these 2 weeks ago and I really like them. VERY light weight and good enough grip for me(I dont want to feel like the shoe gets stuck on the floor, I play on regular indoor sports mat). I had Adidas Team Spezial before and they were to stiff. I feel like these improved my foot work.

I tried them once in my house, jumped a little bit and they are too small at 9.5 for me. I'd like to get 10. If somebody wants that pair size 9.5 for $45 I'll ship them Monday in their original box. No need for you to wait over 2 weeks to get them. Take mine and receive them Wednesday or Thursday at the latest!

I played tt with volleyball shoes, indoor soccer and tt shoes. I will say volleyball shoes are even better than  tt shoes on some tt playing styles (pushblocker etc). Indoor soccer is good only if u have $ to burn. They did not least as long as a pair of same price range  tt shoes :)
