My friend in Paris just sent me these pics that he took at the DHS booth inside the world championships. He says they won't give out any contact information for future resale and that if you want it, you have to buy it at the booth. He also said they aren't selling blue sponge, just orange. Damn you DHS!

There is no such thing as Provincial NEO Skyline 3, sure perhaps a few were cut for the booth. It's still not a real product that you can buy anywhere or from anyone unless it's a very new product and only just come on the market

If you know how are the prov. and nat. versions made or rather selected, then it's not that hard to figure out, that there has to be a higher quality version of every rubber(topsheet) they make with the same process. The only question is, if the prov. were given to teams as national grade, sold commercially or your info is wrong. Also you can't officially buy any prov./nat. rubbers, so the whole it's not a real product doesn't really make sense. |

You can buy H3 prov neo anywhere, You can buy white packet TG3(rare), TG2(rare), H3(common) and H2(rare) national. Everything else is non-market and of dubious origins (99.9% chance fake)

If you can buy a National, then it is Commercial. The very concept of National is that it is not for sale.
